Person in your group operating rental boat should be familiar with boating and safety standards.
Renter is responsible for any damages to the boat or docks while operating.
All children 12 years of age and younger are required to wear a Coast Guard approved PFD while on the open deck of a recreational boat except when anchored or moored.
Renter is responsible for the fuel that is used.
Payments in full are due at time of reservation. All Sales are final and there are no refunds given.
Rescheduling is not allowed without approval (additional fee may be required)
In the event of severe weather, (not rain only), the marina manager, at their sole discretion, may allow to reschedule for another day.
Renter is responsible for any laws of operating vessel.
